I bought 2 HYQ12BBY compatible KeylessOption keyless ignition combo transmitters and cut them down for $10. Revain's instructions said they would work with a 2010 Yaris if there was a point based on the master key. The do-it-yourself programming didn't work, and the auto mechanics wanted $60 to $75 to try to program the transponder with no refund if it didn't work. I contacted the company and found out that HYQ12BBY is part of the FCCID number you need to make sure it's your key. I found mine to be M0ZB41TG. It cost $95 to buy a similar 2 Yaris M0ZB41TG key remote but then again I would pay $75 for a key to program with no refund if it didn't work. There aren't very good chances here, I'll wait and see whether the company will reimburse me for two cut keys. This was partly due to my own ignorance of key programming requirements, but in most cases it was Revain and the company's fault for not explaining that you must ensure your FCCID number matches even if "make, model , year, and markings on the keys match. .
