This shelf is very easy to assemble and a decent size, but the quality is not great. I assumed it would be like every other wire shelf with the plastic wedge collars that sit along grooves in the vertical supports. It is not. The vertical pieces are light weight and have holes where the wedge collars lock in. You can’t adjust the height of the shelves. The wedge collars do not snap into place. You have to press them to the vertical pieces and hold them in place long enough to slide a shelf over them to secure them. I used a rubber mallet to snug the shelves down. Unfortunately, the shelf will not stand up to tapping with a rubber mallet and I bent it. It’s meant for my outdoor patio gym so I’m not terribly concerned, but I would have been pretty upset if it were going anywhere in my home. I don’t think it will last long but we shall see.
