If you're doing squats, you can't put your quads in these pants.
This is definitely an Asian size. I wear size XL in BDU and size XXL doesn't even go over my hips in it. If you train your legs with a lot of weight, you probably won't be able to wear these pants. Can't talk about the waist as there was no way to put it on the hips without tearing it.
