The ease of use and great customer service I receive from them. It is easy to create an account with their system and they are easily able to communicate any changes that need to be made. They have an excellent product for branding and creating logos. I would highly recommend them to other companies looking to start up or expand in this area. I believe their main problem is communication between each other due to differences in time zones. Having all communications in one place will help solve this issue.
