Shark Hats Disappoints Kids at Party!
These party hats were a real letdown. The colors were dull and lifeless, the material was flimsy, and the sharks looked more like sad guppies .The kids were disinterested and the hats didn't even make it through the cake cutting. On the good side, they were easy to assemble. Unfortunately that just wasn`t enough to save them. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else in Home and Kitchen..
