Review on HP Envy Photo 7120 Alexa-Compatible Wireless All-in-One Printer (Z3M37A) by Bryant Randolph

I bought this in large part because I liked the idea of the Instant Ink. Then I found out too late that Instant Ink ONLY works on Windows and I have a Mac. One batch of cartridges I ran gave me *a* two-sided job with a warning that I was "almost" out of ink, and then the next job, a one-sided job, was rejected by the printer. Said I was low on ink. And yet, when I opened the Inventory tab, the cartridges turned out to be a quarter full! All in all, at least the print quality was very good. What drives me crazy the most is that the paper tray is really flimsy and poorly designed. Taking the lid off is a tough duel, as one side is always removed first, causing the lid to hang crookedly. Reattachment is also problematic as it sticks easily. I am very disappointed and of course the moment has passed when Revane allows me to return it. (Just a word of caution, lest anyone think I'm just stupid: I've been very successful with computers and printers of all kinds since the mid-1970s.)
