Bought. Came without payment. After an hour and 12 minutes I tried it for about 2-3 minutes and it was too painful to use. I like a strong massage but it was out of proportion and weird! Even though I've positioned it in a variety of ways, the shiatsu balls stick out so much that (even at the lowest speed) they're big, bulky, and PAINFUL! They stick out about 2-2.5 inches in the center and have a tear so deep it makes my thumb look small. HOW is this normal for each use? Not even vibro because they stick out so far that you CANNOT sleep on them or just use vibration. I do NOT recommend. go back! What a disappointment!
