I should have suspected something was wrong when I saw that the only documentation is a miniature brochure that cannot be read without a magnifying glass (no kidding!) Google couldn't find instructions anywhere. One of the red flags that has popped up is a warning that the tablet cannot be used while charging. NEVER heard of such a restriction on the use of electronics. That means the tablet is idle at least half the time. From here things got worse when the "instructions" in the booklet gave general advice on how to install SIM cards and memory cards without bothering to locate these cards and provide any drawings or photos. True to its method, Hyandai Electronics does not offer phone or web support. At this point, I cut my losses and began the return process.
