Very soft fabric with good stretch. However; Even on the small two-seater, it didn't fit properly due to its weird stitching and wouldn't hold up with the included foam anchors. There were no clear instructions on how to install this and I tried every which way and still found that some parts would lift and reveal the sofa underneath. I stuffed the stuff into the folds of my current two seater chair as deep as I could, and even when my little kid sat down, it would pull out and I had to constantly struggle to put it back in. Dog hair sticks to it and doesn't rub off easily, even though it's a very soft and smooth material.
