You have a break, My Bad!
After writing a negative review below I discovered that my devices have a built in timer. My fault! Installed 10 of 12 bulbs and all failed (turned off) after a few hours. When I turned off the power for a few hours, they all turned back on when the power was restored, but a little later they went out again.
