This oven is incredibly small. Ideal for 1-3 people with small pots and pans (>8 inch diameter) or metal mugs. It is not suitable for large pots (4L+) as the support arms are not wide enough to balance them. The support arms are very easy to install and stay secure. It boils water very quickly and cooks vegetables incredibly quickly, even on low power. The heating is easy to control. The instruction manual warns against using the windscreen as the heat it contains is so great that it could damage the stove. If I mainly use the oven at low power, I think it's possible. would recommend.
