Okay, I don't remember ever writing a Revain review before, but I have to for this product. I've used a few pills (apple cider vinegar etc) to help with weight loss but so far I haven't seen any results that make me say wow. I'm not expecting to say wow, but I do say wow with this product. I only take these pills for 3 days, the first two days I only took one pill. Then, after the second day, I gained 3 pounds from eating fast food (pie, macaroni and cheese, Cheetos, chocolate) all day and just lying in bed. I don't normally do this, but I was depressed, bored and working from home. So on day three I took two of those pills and worked out hard (50 minutes on the treadmill and some weights) knowing how badly I'd eaten the day before and how much weight I'd gained. When I weighed myself the next day, I lost 6 pounds. I was 131 (Monday *didn't work out, ate poorly*), 134 (Tuesday *ate badly, so I worked out*) and 128 (Wednesday). Wow, I've never had such drastic results. I used to exercise all day and never achieved that level of weight loss. I used to fast and exercise all day and still only lose 1 pound a day. I haven't eaten and exercised 2-3 times a day, the results are slow. I've now reached my weight goals after all these months, so I'm maintaining my weight. I eat VERY BAD (unhealthy food) but exercise (4-6 times a week) to stay the same weight. These pills allowed me to maintain the same daily routine but lose weight dramatically, not just stay the same. * Finally, for the sake of my health, I want to change my diet, it's an uphill struggle. * I love this product and am very excited. I lost 25 pounds (before I started taking this product) which took 8 months. After using this product for a few days, I've already exceeded what I needed to lose a few months ago (at a higher weight!). I found out about these pills after doing extensive research on how the body loses weight etc. I don't just buy products because they claim to help with weight loss, I always need to do research. I'm interested in learning the science behind things. I'll try to update this review but I'll tell you I've never seen weight loss like this in such a short time. I want to cry, I don't know why. hahaha Actually I know why, it's because I've been struggling with training for so many months, eating less and trying to eat healthy to lose weight and now I've found these pills that are giving me results so fast and brought about weight loss.
