I'm not a big reviewer and I'm not pregnant but I've had back problems like sleeping on my side with no pillow between my knees or on my back with no pillow under my knees, it hurt. And I always inevitably lost my pillow at night. I bought this pillow seven months ago. I was concerned that this pillow would take over the bed, but it doesn't at all (although we have a king). I was concerned it wouldn't be soft or interfere with my partner and I cuddling. It's not like this! I sleep with a "spine" pillow along the edge of the bed so my partner can still have a good cuddle. I like the "C" shape because I can sleep equally comfortably either way, but I don't feel completely trapped or trapped in a pillow. I sleep bent-legged under the curve of the bottom (sleeps on my stomach) part of each night and can still comfortably use the top as a regular pillow. For the past 7 months, I've woken up in pain every night because I temporarily stopped using the pillow for my legs, and after I got used to using it again, my back pain went away immediately. I used to have trouble sleeping off my back. and neck pain and my partner complained that I stole his pillows to use between my knees and now with this pillow I have NO PAIN. The beauty of this pillow is that it's large enough to automatically keep you within its confines so you don't accidentally swim out at night. But it's not big enough to keep you stuck. I have never felt offended by a pillow while other objects in my bed (e.g. my dog) often offend me. I love it. he is soft I seem to be at least half plumper and half less plump, so I leave the less plump half for my sensitive (pillow too high) neck. My only criticism of this pillow is that I prefer down pillows for sleeping, so I wish the neck piece could be replaced with a down insert or removed so I could use my own down neck pillow. The temperature was also a big problem for me because I sleep VERY hot and sometimes cold. I've found that the pillow doesn't make me hotter at all, by keeping my feet from touching it it helps me stay cool, but when I'm cold it definitely keeps me warm when I roll on it. 5 star pillows, I'm very glad I got the C shape rather than the larger U options which I felt would have been a little claustrophobic and affected hugs. And I only wish there were additional cases as I have a black dog that sheds! I would also buy some covers if they were available like a microfleece option for winter hugs and a silkier summer option! It's time to stop hesitating. I love this pillow!
