FlexJobs has transformed how recruitment works internally
The ability to post jobs, track applications etc was great but it's not always easy for recruiters who are used only in other systems (e-recruiter).
I think they should make an easier transition from their current system into this one as there were some issues with compatibility when we first started using them which made things difficult at times - however now everything seems fine so far! We have been able solve our problems by contacting support directly via email or phone if required rather than waiting days/weeks before getting any kind feedback about your issue like many companies do these dayes online!!
Pros
- There is nothing specifically that stands out here really..it works well enough though? It just does what you expect.nothing more no less :) Which isn't bad thing per se..just very basic functionality...which doesn’t mean its boring either ;) lol!!! Nothing wrong wth basics !:) And good job too....its all pretty much standard stuff anyway...so i'll say
