I like how easy it was for me to learn this system, as well all my questions were answered quickly by their support team! This makes our Recruiting process very efficient in finding qualified professionals with high competencies we are looking at hiring from other organizations within or outside ETO's (as they call them) group which includes DHL Worldwide Express/Logistics etc.. Nothing much but great user-friendly interface!! It could be better though if there would have been some tutorials…

The ability to post jobs, track applications etc was great but it's not always easy for recruiters who are used only in other systems (e-recruiter). I think they should make an easier transition from their current system into this one as there were some issues with compatibility when we first started using them which made things difficult at times - however now everything seems fine so far!
