The best thing about this program, at least for me personally, was how easy it made my job as an HR Recruiter so much easier with its features such as scheduling interviews/meetings easily from within one window without having to switch between multiple screens etc., I used to have all these problems while trying to schedule meetings but now everything has become very simple due to ETREC's ease in meeting needs of both candidate & employer side! This also helped us save time by not going back-and-forth emails or phone calls when we needed communication regarding interview dates, locations, preferences etc. It would be great if they can provide more training courses (both offline / online) which will help employees understand some basic things like what are "requested" fields during application form submission? In other words - If there should be something filled up then why do employers feel compelled to fill those boxes themselves instead of letting them know beforehand via email whether their information is required.
