I have received compliments on this bag every time I use it for an event. The chain is good, durable, does not catch clothes. The clasp is also strong and easy to use, will not open unexpectedly. Overall I'm quite happy, however it has a small capacity and can get scratched, so I only use it for events that require a clean wallet for security reasons.
