Review on 🩳 Columbia Permit Short Carbon Medium: High-Performance Outdoor Shorts for Adventure Enthusiasts by Tommie Lawson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I like them, but there are a few downsides.

Can't rate this 5 stars even though these are my favorite shorts because they are comfortable, quick drying and lightweight. They don't dry as quickly as their backcast shorts, but they do dry quickly. The reason I can't give this 5 stars is because I have 3 of these and carried all 3 in my back pocket for the very first time. burst inside and it will not be possible to put anything inside. I use my back pockets quite often for receipts or to quickly hold my pliers while fishing and sometimes for keys and of course that doesn't work with them. I use a slim wallet with a front pocket, but if you put yours in the back pocket these shorts won't fit. Another issue you may encounter is that the pockets are not very deep. I keep my wallet perfect but I carried my flashlight in it and it never fell out and in these shorts I lost my light. Those are the reasons I can't give them 5 stars. I know this sounds more like a con than a pro but I love the way they look and they are comfortable because the waistband is really stretchy which allows you to move at your fullest. If you can get past the poor pocket design, these are great shorts. After all, I'm 5ft 8in, 175lbs and the average height was perfect.
