Adorable and decent quality but it is very small and only suitable for very small children like 2 or 3 years old. Very short and doesn't have a loop at the back to attach the back of the scarf to wear it the way I imagined it - showing the dragon. The only way to wear a scarf is to tie it, but it is too short to tie. Unless you're smart and can't sew a loop in the back to secure the back of the scarf I wouldn't buy. I kept the product but only because it was very cheap and my son loves kites and uses it to pretend that he does.
