Too bad because the shirt would be so cute
The elastic on the flared sleeve was so tight that I had to cut it open to keep my daughter's circulation going. And even then, the real sleeve was still too tight. I got her the right size and the shirt fit everywhere but those sleeves were terrible. Sorry because the shirt would be so cute.
