One step up from cheap

Can't believe they charge $9.95 for it. I've tried them and they hold my hair for a while, but I've had to change them on my hair several times a day because they're starting to fall out. Not worth returning them. But it's just transparent plastic and nothing special. The name suggests that they are something special. I've tried another brand and they're cheaper, so I'll say it's a step up. The correct price should be $1.95.
