The team is professional at their work and delivers quality service without any problems or issues to our clients who have hired them over many years now.

I would like some more support staffs as we are having problem contacting people when it comes down to billing queries/issues etc which need immediate attention from an expert person. We use this software mainly because of its ease of usage by end users but also due to security reasons so no other issue really exists here. I like how they are always willing to go above an beyond their job duties by helping me find solutions even if it is outside of my area expertise or budget constraints! They have helped us solve many problems but we've been able to get them out quickly so there isn't much left over from our side once issues arise as well which helps keep things running smoothly :) We can really count on this team when needed!!
