The customer service is fantastic. They are always available to answer questions and they are always willing to help. I would say that the system is a little outdated. The best thing is that it has all the features I need for my business. It's easy to use and very user friendly. There are so many great things I could say but I will just mention one of them which is the support team. They always respond quickly and they make sure you understand what you want by explaining everything in detail.
