Excellent customer service and setup process

I like that we have one platform for all our clients, this makes it easier than having different platforms per client - no more double billing! The interface is not very user friendly or intuitive but with some training you get used to everything quickly enough (we are still learning). We started using Sagitaz because of their excellent support team who helped us set up an accounting system in less then 3 days after signing contract. They were also able to help me integrate my old Sage…

Pros
  • Their customer service really stands out!! It's always helpful when they can guide through issues without any problems at anytime during normal business hours :) Also there technical staff has been awesome helping troubleshoot various errors/issues related directly back down too them.they've done such good work over time making sure things run smoothly day to day..also love how easy its become just running

High quality accountancy solutions - great experience

I like the fact that i am able to access my data from anywhere in the world with just an internet connection. The system is very user friendly, it's easy for users who are not familiarized with accounting software to use them. It has also been well received by clients because of its simplicity when doing daily tasks such as invoicing or preparing financial reports. There isn't anything specific about this program that i dislike but the only thing that comes into mind is that sometimes there are

My experience was awesome while working and managing our accounts over internet

The best thing about this software is that it has everything you need for an accounting solution at one place, which makes life easy as I don't have multiple softwares running in my computer when using Sage 50 Accounting Software! There are some features missing from version 10 of sage but they will surely come up with new versions soon so we must wait until then before complaining too much!!
