New holes need to be drilled for it to work properly
I really like the one piece construction, it's very solid. Unfortunately I was using a GTW Mach 3 rear seat and 2 of the 4 holes did not match. You must use all 4 holes or the plank will not be strong enough. I had to drill new holes and struggle with hardware to install them. When it's done, it works very well.
