I am 6ft 2in and 165lbs. I bought a medium sized slim fit shirt. As expected, the sleeve length looks quite short as I'm tall and have long arms, but I mostly wear it at home, so it's not a big issue. The waist is too long for my liking (unless you plan on tucking it in) but overall it fits well well definitely not baggy or anything. I used to have about 10-12 (yes, that many because I liked them so much) of these v-neck shirts, but I've found that the v-neck isn't very suitable for tall, lean men, so I have it just bought 8 of these crew neck versions that fit essentially the same but have a more flattering neckline. Pima cotton is really good. I think you will have a hard time finding nicer t-shirts anywhere.
