The chairs are very sturdy and easy to assemble. They come with nylon pads on each leg. However, 2 of the 8 chairs we received were broken. I attach pictures. A seat back cover had bubbled. One of the seats has been filled with putty on wood and the color is not the same. One of the backrests is torn where the backrest strap fits. And the back of a chair (not pictured) has a 3-4 inch scratch. The other six chairs have a few scratches, but they are minor and not in an obvious place. They were shipped, so it wasn't damage in transit.
