More of a waist than a belt

Turns out it wasn't what I wanted so I only gave it three stars. It really pulls you in and I just wanted something that would flow smoothly down a skirt without a belt. It's too narrow for that. I think I'd probably want something that only has elastic in the back, not all the way around. Size wise, I have a 29 inch waist and a medium size. It fits, but I just don't like this long stretched look. I think the tall one sits awkwardly. The buckle part is attractive.
