This was a good alternative to the visor I got after my cataract surgery - it had to be taped over my face and left a sore spot on my skin . This shield is almost the same as the one included but has an elastic loop to keep it in place. The adjustable clip works well, but since I wore it at night, there wasn't a comfortable place to put it without it hurting - sort of like sleeping with a rock in your pillow. After a few nights I took the clip off and just tied the ends of the elastic together and it worked much better for me.
