As far as I can tell it's basically a wearable tilt sensor that measures/detects if my upper back is leaning forward. There is an app I download with the horrible name HiPee. The application can display my thinness in real time. If it goes over 15 degrees, it hums/vibrates on my back. So it's "annoying" for me to sit up straight. The app requires account setup. while it works. I can use it for so long without getting tired, but I think that's the point. I have to train myself to sit up straight. Of course, this thing vibrates like crazy when I get up from the table and walk around. I want it to detect and ignore this type of movement. The neckband portion of the device protrudes slightly. I want it to lie flat in the front. Nice device to try. It's much cheaper than many other brands.
