Do not buy this on stove tops, ovens and hobs
I'm a big fan of GreenPan products in general, but this one really brings the line down. I did it for the first time and it worked. The second time around, the device didn't throw the "EO" error message, which basically tells you it's packed. I called customer service. They were great and sent a new unit. Exactly the same thing happened with the replacement of the block. I used it once. Now the second block is also out of service.
