As this mount is holding a rather expensive device that you don't want to drop I was concerned about the suction. When installed, the suction power is very strong and has been on my windows for 2 weeks now. Fingers crossed it stays that way indefinitely. When I first tried to fit the mount to my camera I thought I had the wrong mount as it wasn't exactly the same mount that came with my Blink camera and didn't seem to fit. However, after pressing harder, the faucet snapped firmly into place and works perfectly. Update: After about 5 weeks the suction stopped and the chambers fell off. Luckily the cameras didn't break. The suction cup probably shouldn't be considered a permanent fixture, so be aware. As a temporary device, they work great and are very convenient. If you plan on leaving them longer than a few weeks, you'll need to check and reattach the suction cup every few weeks.
