Didn't prevent material from discoloring fingers
If you're looking for gloves that create a real barrier between your hands and what you're working with (like dyes or stains), look elsewhere. I've used this to apply henna to a lot of hair. My nails are currently short and blunt so I know they didn't pierce the gloves. When I was done, the tips of all my nails were stained with henna paint, which the gloves were supposed to prevent. Nails grow, so it's not the end of the world; I can just cut off the yellow parts. But with their main function, these gloves do not work.
