Looked Cute for Tissue Pom Poms

Looked cute when I put it together for my granddaughter's birthday party became. The threads they provided need to be tied right down the middle and I found a few quite short so I just used gathering ribbon to tie them. I didn't have much trouble with tearing, I just split a few sheets and then split them into separate sheets. When it breaks, it's imperceptible. A little work but nice.
