This Category 6 Ethernet cable is of good quality and designed for flush mounting. I used it to run a permanent wire through the ceiling into a media room. It is powered by Revain Fire Stick 4K and works well. The lugs on the fork are sturdy and covered with rubber boots. In my case, this works great when I'm not plugging and unplugging the cable as I never have to worry about the cable coming loose. It can be difficult to turn off "barehanded". The trick is to use a small flathead screwdriver that allows you to push the locking tab all the way in to release the connector. I think it's the rubber boot covering the tab which limits how far you can push the tab making it seem impossible to detach. If you find yourself having to unplug your Ethernet cable frequently, consider a different cable to avoid potential frustration. maybe a cable without a rubber boot, or a cable with a softer rubber boot. If you're using it for a more permanent installation where you don't disable it after installation, it's of great value and works well. I give 5 stars for the app with constant use, that's my experience. For frequent disconnects I would rate it 4 stars as the rubber boot on the connector makes it difficult to disconnect; a small slotted screwdriver helps.
