Didn't realize it was literally a piece of sticker to make it look like it. It was quite a bit of work to put it on like in the picture. Then after the decals were in place the joysticks didn't work properly so I had to take them off. I don't know if it was the placement of the stickers or what (they didn't touch the joystick), but I had to remove them.
