Won't stay closed without heating and flexing clamp

Good. It's a style I like because I love taking my stuff with me everywhere so I carry so much stuff in my wallet that I don't need a bulky suitcase so I was so excited when I got it. back open. I wanted it so bad I didn't want to return it so I read some reviews and someone heated it up and bent it a bit. My son in law used a hair dryer like heat gun once and it sure snaps and I'm so glad I like it. Should the company incorporate this heat application information or make adjustments to production, they would have more sales without this minus.
