Review on Viatti Strada Asimmetrico V-130 205/55 R16 91V summer by Mateusz Daczka ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

After purchasing a used automobile with just winter tires the previous year, I was forced to purchase a new set of summer tires. Of course, after spending so much money on a car, buying tires wasn't exactly high on the priority list. Well, I had to do something, so I "scratched my turnip" and went online to see if I could find a better deal. I spent a lot of time in front of the screen before deciding on Viatti Strada. The exterior is made from standard rubber; the tread design is not monogrammed and instead has an asymmetrical, soothing appearance. Straight-line and directional stability will be maintained by the tire's robust sidewall and tread. Tire installation was swift; the final weight of one wheel was 15g or less. On asphalt, traction and stopping distances are both satisfactory. Tram rails, speed bumps, potholes, and other irregularities can be navigated with ease. When driving on a wet road at a "reasonable" speed limit, the cars behave as if they were on dry asphalt; I did not experience hydroplaning, and puddles sliced through the water's surface like a steamer. I crushed the bottle almost shortly after setting it up, and nothing bad happened. About half of the distance traveled on them was on gouged sections; the word "roads" seems inappropriate here, so let's call them the paths instead; without further ado, I wish this trend would hold. In summary, I am happy with the tires and believe they will last a long time.

Pros
  • Stopping power, cornering ability, resistance to hydroplaning, and handling precision
Cons
  • Rumbling on bumpy streets
