Review on 🧡 FL100 Floss-A-Way Organizer - 3" x 5" Action Bag, Pack of 100 by Justin Stinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Do as expected but a few things to note

I give these 5 stars because they do what is expected of them. I like being able to buy floss and store it quickly (no wrapping). I like being able to see my inventory easily (I'm almost out of this one and I have a lot). It was easy to write a number on each package. Disadvantages (what to consider). Slightly high price considering they are just plastic bags (similar to lunch sandwich bags) with a hole and space to write the floss color number. I don't think I would pay $8 for 100 sandwich bags. And keep in mind that most people doing cross stitching will need over 100 packs (since there are over 400 DMC colors), the total cost will probably cost most people around $40. Storage of filled packaging. I bought metal rings and ended up getting 8 rings from bags. how do you store them It was just a big pile of thread bags on metal rings. Then I had an idea - I have metal shelves in my workshop, I bought S rings and hung each bag ring on an S ring on one of the shelves. It's turned out pretty well, but if you're not able to do that, you need to think about how you're going to store it.

Pros
  • No braided packaging or assembly
Cons
  • Large and bulky
