My sister recommended this to me. I had a head full of scales and it was itchy. I used to scrape it all the time with a small toothed comb and use my head and shoulders every day, but no matter what I do or what I use, it's still there. And my daughter said it was disgusting! Then, when I was on vacation with my sister, I forgot to bring my shampoo, so she lent me her Selsun blue and I've noticed that it doesn't itch as much. The scales are still there, but not as severe as before. I used it 3 times a week, rubbing it into my scalp and leaving it on for 5 minutes before rinsing it off. And it works. The only shampoo that got rid of my dandruff.
