I bought it to relieve wrinkles. I have sensitive skin so I wanted something softer than the recipe. Wrinkles improved slightly after three weeks. However, my acne and milia (white bumps) have greatly improved. It's better than topical antibiotics or salicylate. This is equivalent to oral antibiotics without gastric irritation. I will continue to use it for just that and hope the wrinkles continue to improve. Delivery takes more than a month.
