I’m one for freaking out when I have to layer and when the bottom layer is a lot looser than the top. So I sized up to an extra large to work with the mesh panties and they have been great. I purchased these thinking that because of the description, that they would stay in place during my workout. I thought they would have had some sort of elastic that held it to your hair, but it didn't. It was just cloth. Within the first five minutes of the workout I had adjusted it about 3 times. I'm rating this product 2 stars because although it is lightweight and easy to use, the locking mechanism breaks too easily. I haven't had this for even a month yet and already the pole will not lock in place. It will SOMETIMES slightly grab the pole to hold its place, but the slightest movement will undo the lock and the pole will slide back into itself. I love these flannel PJ bottoms. I was looking for something that would be warm but not roasting and these fit the bill. They are soft, very easy to wash and I love the pockets. I got the spiral rings in 8mm for my septum. Play around with them before putting them into your nose, because some of them are kinda bent and warped (I think the spiral texture weakens the structure). 3 of mine are relatively easy to open/close.
