I got the spiral rings in 8mm for my septum. Play around with them before putting them into your nose, because some of them are kinda bent and warped (I think the spiral texture weakens the structure). 3 of mine are relatively easy to open/close. I will not be putting the other 2 into my septum because I know they’ll get stuck
