Review on 16-Foot Ettore 44016 REA-C-H Extension Pole For Easy Reach And Cleaning by Allison Garcia

I'm rating this product 2 stars because although it is lightweight and easy to use, the locking mechanism breaks too easily. I haven't had this for even a month yet and already the pole will not lock in place. It will SOMETIMES slightly grab the pole to hold its place, but the slightest movement will undo the lock and the pole will slide back into itself. The mechanism used to lock the pole is made of plastic. So what I think happens is everytime you go to lock or unlock the pole it eats a little bit away at the plastic until it will no longer hold.Besides the locking mechanism failing, this is otherwise an awesome product. If the locking mechanism would've lasted longer, I would've recommended this product. But seeing as I have only had this pole for less than a month, and it's already broken, I do not recommend this.
