I mean, your expectations aren't high when you're shopping in the $15 price range, but this is really what you would expect - a package with a drastically reduced price amount of air and strong seal. It's small enough to leave comfortably on the counter, and I can pull out my full-size screen protector if I really want to seal more than a few things in a row. Contrary to the overview below, you can stop the vacuum by pressing the vacuum/sealing button again. I'm not exactly sure what exactly they mean by "wet and dry" modes because there's no mention or switch for it in the (tiny) instructions. It has an incredibly annoying "feature" - it only takes sealing around a bag seriously. every 2 minutes, it's not because the pump is working so hard, it's because the (narrow) sealing wire heats up so much after about 2 seals in a row that it cuts the bag. I've stumbled upon this too many times and passed it on to a friend who doesn't need it except once on a blue moon.
