I hate this. The keyboard isn't activated and the on-screen keyboard doesn't work.
As this was bought as a Christmas present well before Christmas I am unfortunately unable to return it. When my wife opened it, we were looking in the box for a keyboard. What is called "font cover" is a keyboard! This is not included and costs about $150 extra. Not a big deal, but the real problem is that the on-screen keyboard doesn't work most of the time and requires a reboot to work again (Yes, Microsoft!). After googling this issue I came across a forum where everyone is frustrated with this bug and even more frustrated that it has been reported since September and MS still hasn't recognized it.
