I have purchased from this supplier before and have had no problems. My recent order received noticed that the feed pellets were a bit discolored, not that rich but I didn't think about it much. I have 7 cockatiels and they always jump up to eat when I serve them. I've noticed that the food is left over when it's usually gone and yesterday one of my birds looked sick. He doesn't eat and poops badly. This lining has definitely become a problem and the stale coloring, as with previous purchases, may be related. I don't know how long this bag has been idle or if it has been exposed to temperatures that are abnormal for its quality freshness. I don't overfeed my cockatiels and change their food even if they don't eat it twice a day. They don't seem to eat much of it now, and I throw away more leftovers. I bought another batch from the store to make sure they have fresh produce. Now I've tried to return or replace the food through the vendor and he won't let me in. I still have 80% of my food left. I'm completely dissatisfied and stuck with stale bird seed.
