Unique size and shape. They worked well for my Keto "Egg French Toast" - the batter didn't overflow when they swelled and they popped right out after I let them cool for 5 minutes. This silicone is thicker and tougher than most other silicone products I have. It's so thick I could barely bend it to do a pinch test. As far as I can tell it's 100% silicone. I like that they have smooth sides and a rim at the top. The finished cake looks much more professional. The size is comparable to my 3.5 inch (6 oz) porcelain molds. In fact, they fit in perfectly.
