My name should be apparent from the product description, but I want the misguided advice to be made aware of by others. It is exactly as described, but with a warning: THE APP IS NOT SUITABLE IF IT IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. I swear I saw a review that said this (Fit System 30213 Nissan Altima, 2.5L engine, coupe/sedan, right hand heated and power folding mirror, replacement glass with base plate and turn signals) will fit, even if it does they were not heated mirrors with turn signals. So tried it, and mine is also "simple", with the only difference being that it has an internal adjustment on the driver's side. That was wrong advice. The case, which was still a round bolt, was the wrong size. This application is much more. Luckily Revain and Kohl's got me back easily so no big deal. Now all I have to do is find the right mirror that doesn't cost three times as much at the auto parts store.
