These are garlands with small Christmas balls. The price is a bit higher, but I think it's because of the remote control and settings. They blink, stay still, stretch, jump, and do other variations with the light. I put them on the kitchen table and I like it very much. The light is amber, so no blinding white light. I actually like it without the flicker or the slow lag setting. It's not particularly fancy, and although the beads are tiny, it gives it a touch of decoration. The packaging says 10 feet, but I'd say it's over 9.4 inches. The rest of the line is occupied by the end and the area that is included in the battery. The battery pack case is blue, which is strange. I put the battery in a small gift bag so it wouldn't be seen. The remote control works through the pocket. Overall I think it's very cute and it was exactly what I was looking for. It would be pretty around a mirror, picture, table or wall art.
